All pallets in this auction are Own Brand returns sourced directly from a major UK retailer. This can include used items.
Upon receipt of all Own Brand goods, all items within the pallets will need to be debranded. Further information on debranding will be sent to all winning bidders.
The reasons for return could be any of the following: failed delivery, the wrong item delivered, items returned in the guarentee period, damaged or broken item, damaged or broken packaging, missing parts, incomplete set, the wrong item ordered.
This can include faulty electrical items that require repair or refurbishing by a qualified professional.
The items included in this pallet are as listed in the manifests. The images used are catalogue images and are for illustrative purposes only.
We cannot verify the condition, colour, etc of individual items in the pallets and we cannot accept returns.

Before You Bid Checklist
Please be aware that once you bid you are legally bound to pay your invoice, bids placed in the auction cannot be removed afterwards. If you are unsure do not bid.
- All Lots are subject to a Buyers Premium
- Payment from outside the UK will be subject to a £10 charge
- Payment is to be made via Bank Transfer, or cash can be paid into a Lloyds Bank branch
- We do not accept card payments over £1000, or cash on collection
- If you are exporting goods won in the auction. The VAT on Hammer must be paid first, and will only be refunded on receipt of proof of export
