Measuring approximately 3" x 3", it depicts a colorful tableau of waterfowl, a blooming lily, and pond greenery. The paperweight features a cheerful, folk-art style pond scene. A central pink and white water lily with a bright yellow center sits atop a long green stem. It is flanked by two stylized round green lily pads on stems and several horizontal green reeds resting at the bottom of the sphere. Swimming among the reeds are two small ducks or aquatic birds. On the left is a vibrant yellow duck with red accents. On the right is a serene light-blue and white duck with a yellow beak. The paperweight features a precision-ground, flat, polished base that allows it to sit securely on a desk or shelf. Looking through the bottom reveals the internal glasswork structure.
