The compass features a silvered dial marked with the maker’s name and bold black and white cardinal and intercardinal points. Housed within a heavy bronze case, it is mounted in its original gimbal bracket, designed to maintain level reading at sea. The bracket retains its side rollers, indicating it was once fitted within a binnacle or similar housing. The compass measures 25 cm (10 inches) across the bracket. Title: Victorian Flow Blue Relief-Moulded Jug with Pewter Lid, c.1850 Description: Victorian Flow Blue Relief-Moulded Jug with Pewter Lid, c.1850 A mid-19th century English flow blue jug with its original pewter-mounted hinged lid. The white earthenware body is richly decorated in underglaze cobalt blue with scrolling foliate patterns, further embellished with gilt highlights. Relief-moulded grapevine detail appears around the handle and shoulder, a popular Victorian motif. The glaze has the characteristic blurred “flow blue” effect, typical of Staffordshire production of the 1840s–1860s. The jug sits on a short circular foot with flat base rim, unmarked but in the manner of makers such as Samuel Alcock or J. & G. Meakin. Condition The jug shows age-related crazing and some staining. Small chips and glaze losses are visible to the body and footrim (as shown), together with wear to the gilding. The pewter lid has age patination, but the hinge remains intact and functional. The central foliate column rises to five scrolled candle arms, each with fluted nozzles and petal-form drip pans. The design draws upon classical and neoclassical influences, with acanthus, guilloche and stylised leafwork throughout. The triform base is supported by paw feet and originally featured lion mask and shell mounts to each side. One of the three lion mask mounts is now lacking, though the surface remains clean and stable. The quality of casting is particularly high, with sharply defined detailing and excellent proportion. Retaining much of its original fire-gilt ormolu, the surface displays soft wear and mellowed patination. A decorative and finely executed example of French 19th-century bronze work, suitable for use or display. This impressive piece is of deep circular form with a finely scalloped rim and a continuous field of bold cross-cut diamonds, executed with remarkable precision. The extensive cutting refracts light beautifully, creating a lively play of brilliance across the surface. The base is finished with a sharply defined twenty-four-point starburst within a broad polished foot ring — a characteristic detail of high-grade English and Irish crystal of the period. The weight, balance, and brightness of the glass indicate a high lead content and the work of an accomplished cutter, quite possibly from one of the leading glasshouses such as Webb, Stuart, or Edinburgh & Leith. Although unmarked, the quality of both material and workmanship clearly places this bowl in the upper tier of early 20th-century production. Rare, due to functional use. This example has signs of wear to base, otherwise near perfect.
André Hunebelle, master glassmaker and a French film director distributed many of his glass designs by opening a store on the avenue des Champs-Elysées in Paris.
His blown, cire perdue, cast, opalescent, clear and frosted glassware was cast in Cogniville, France

Measuring approximately 3" x 3", it depicts a colorful tableau of waterfowl, a blooming lily, and pond greenery. The paperweight features a cheerful, folk-art style pond scene. A central pink and white water lily with a bright yellow center sits atop a long green stem. It is flanked by two stylized round green lily pads on stems and several horizontal green reeds resting at the bottom of the sphere. Swimming among the reeds are two small ducks or aquatic birds. On the left is a vibrant yellow duck with red accents. On the right is a serene light-blue and white duck with a yellow beak. The background is a rich, transparent aquatic blue that captures light beautifully. A few tiny, intentional controlled air bubbles are visible inside, which is characteristic of handmade art glass. The five scrolling arms are formed in clear moulded glass and support scalloped drip pans with white candle sleeves. The central baluster stem is constructed from cut and faceted glass knops, surmounted by a glass corona and finished with a polished brass collar at the base. The chandelier is fully dressed with fine quality cut glass throughout: faceted rosettes, button chains, pear-shaped pendants and rule-cut icicle prisms. The arrangement is symmetrical and well-composed, creating a refined sparkle when lit. Fully wired and ready for installation. Fitted for SBC (small bayonet cap) bulbs and shown with LED candles (not included). Dimensions: Width: 40 cm (15.75 in.) Drop (excluding chain): 47 cm (18.5 in.) The central clock is housed in a very heavy architectural case of black marble with contrasting red and ochre breccia marble inlay. Classical in form, the case features turned columns, roundels, and a glazed front panel revealing the original gridiron pendulum with glass rods. The white enamel dial has Arabic numerals and finely pierced hands, set within a brass bezel. The eight-day movement is stamped Japy Frères and numbered, striking on a bell on the hour and half-hour. The backplate shows typical Japy quality, and the mechanism is currently running, though sold without guarantee. The set is completed by a pair of matching garniture sidepieces, each with conforming marble decoration and circular tazza tops. Title: Seiko Mod - A Nautilus-Style Homage Description: This is a custom-built Seiko Mod - a Nautilus-style homage A genuine Seiko automatic movement and is built to high standards The watch in the photos is in brand new, unworn condition - It is running perfectly. Style of a Patek Philippe Nautilus homage with an octagonal, porthole-inspired case. This is a highly sought-after mod style. Case Material: 316L stainless steel with a vertical brushed finish on the top of the case and bezel, and high-polished bevels on the sides for contrast. Case Diameter: 40 mm (without crown) Lug-to-Lug: approx. 47 - 48 mm (wears comfortably on 6.5" - 8" wrists) Case Thickness: approx. 11 - 11.5 mm - slim enough to fit under a cuff. Lug Width: 22 mm Bezel: Fixed, brushed octagonal bezel with rounded corners, characteristic of the Nautilus design. Crown: 3 o’clock, signed, push-pull (not screw-down). Crystal: Flat sapphire crystal with a clear anti-reflective (AR) coating. Scratch-resistant. Case Back a solid or exhibition screw-down steel back Water Resistance: Approx. 50 meters / 5 ATM.
