Graduated in Architecture and Furniture at the Art Institute of his city, in 1994 he moved to Milan and enrolled in the Scenography Course of the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera. Get in touch with the Milanese artistic environment, start collaborating with photographers and set designers as an assistant. Not a random choice, since Marco Tamburro has already gained a deep interest in the large theatrical spaces, in which he imagines and gives shape to pictorial panels with imposing dimensions, he uses a bridle free from his visionary fantasy. His great expressive power fascinates him, which plays a fundamental role in the attempt to translate visual images into a communicative medium. The Roman cultural environment also pushes him to narrate everyday life in visionary ways: an unlived life, in which man lets himself be dragged into the vortex of his incessant and frenetic rhythms, losing sight of the time that passes too quickly, without being able to grasp the little things that surround him. All this explains the marginal role of the human figure in his painting: it is a simple presence, a shadow, a spectrum consumed by time, a time that chases incessantly, climbing to the top of dizzying and monumental skyscrapers. He had a very successful career in the public sector, managing the design and construction of a wide range of buildings and civil engineering structures for the government estate. The professional experience gained in this field has given him extensive knowledge of many of the subjects he now explores in his paintings. He developed his interest in painting and drawing in parallel with his primary career until, gradually, these activities gained more importance and in 1992 he left public service in order to spend more time painting. John Chisnall has painted in various media throughout his life and now works mainly in watercolour, finding this medium well suited to catching both the atmosphere and the detail of a place. Largely self taught, although he did spend three years at Sutton School of Art studying life drawing, his paintings are direct celebrations of visual pleasures and ignore the darker sides of modern life. Exhibiting extensively in galleries throughout the UK, he has had six one-man shows in the last 15 years and has illustrated several books on local villages and parishes in Surrey. The professional experience gained in this field has given him extensive knowledge of many of the subjects he now explores in his paintings. He developed his interest in painting and drawing in parallel with his primary career until, gradually, these activities gained more importance and in 1992 he left public service in order to spend more time painting. John Chisnall has painted in various media throughout his life and now works mainly in watercolour, finding this medium well suited to catching both the atmosphere and the detail of a place. Largely self taught, although he did spend three years at Sutton School of Art studying life drawing, his paintings are direct celebrations of visual pleasures and ignore the darker sides of modern life. Exhibiting extensively in galleries throughout the UK, he has had six one-man shows in the last 15 years and has illustrated several books on local villages and parishes in Surrey. Giampiero Malgioglio was born in Rome in 1967 and started his career young attending the studies of important Roman artists including Francesco Corica, Titina Maselli, Franco Veronesi and Piero Dorazio; which encouraged him to participate in several collective exhibitions and become increasingly involved in painting. He devotes much time and attention to the study of the artistic paths of 20th century personalities: Attardi, Dorazio, Afro, Burri, Pollock, Santomaso and Vedova. The work of artists such as Emilio Vedova profoundly influenced him until he abandoned the figurative trait in the late 90s. Thus began a phase of experimentation and research focused on the material masses and the harmony of colour. Living between Rome and Terni, Giampiero has been with Arte in Europa for many years as his sole representation in the UK while doing regular exhibitions throughout Italy.. Title: Wassily Kandinsky Rare Limited Edition "Composition No.4, 1911". Description: 9346 - This rare sold out edition was published as a numbered edition of only 75 Worldwide. Complete with a certificate of authenticity signed by the "Master Printer" In special bespoke Spanish frame and mounted. Note: supplied with a replacement valuation certificate for £1800 along with biographical details on the artist (free of charge) Composition IV was painted in 1911 and is the fourth of a series of paintings by Russian artist Wassily Kandinsky. The paintings he entitled Compositions explore the artist's attempts to represent the structure and form of music through the medium of painting. The painting measures 63 x 99 inches, and it is in the Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg, Russia. It was made using oil paints on canvas. Apart from his artistic work, Kandinsky was also a prolific writer, and he explained in great detail what he was trying to achieve in these compositions. He did not want his paintings to be representational. Instead, he used an abstract style to convey emotional and spiritual meanings. Composition IV is a symphony of confused shapes and colours. Many of the shapes evoke ideas of musicians and musical instruments. The painting is divided abruptly in the centre by two thick, black vertical lines. On the left, a violent motion is expressed through the profusion of sharp, jagged and entangled lines. On the right, all is calm, with sweeping forms and colour harmonies. Composition works on multiple levels: initially, the colours and tones exercise an emotional impact over the viewer without need to consider the representational aspects. The artist had become frustrated working on it. While he was out, fellow artist Gabriele Minter tidied his studio, and turned the painting sideways.
