Items are not used but maybe warehouse or customer returns where the packaging has been opened.

All lots have been individually examined and lots that are described as 'unused' but marked 'used' are expected to be 'new' with no-fault, however we are unable to guarantee this as we have not installed/tested each item.

Items may have been returned for any of the following reasons: The wrong item delivered, the wrong size ordered, the wrong colour ordered, cosmetic marks, damaged items, imperfections, missing accessories, missing parts, or in extreme cases a faulty product.

These are RAW and unchecked returns.
All care is taken to include information on faulty items in the description when it is obvious, but we do not check all components for items that require assembly and we do not open sealed boxes.
Obvious imperfections or faults will be included in the description and/or photos where possible.

We accept online card payments via secure link, up to the value of £1000. We do not accept payment by telephone.

Only a bank transfer can be accepted for payments of over £1000

We do not offer payment by cheque or via cash on collection

If you are exporting goods won in auction. The VAT on Hammer must be paid first and will only be refunded on receipt of proof of export

Please note that late payment and collection fees will be added where applicable

As this is not a retail sale, the Sale of Goods Act does not apply, nor does the Distance Selling Act.
